Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ICT Sales Manager to spearhead growth and broaden our presence in the fields of Networking, IPTV, Audio-Visual (AV), and Cybersecurity solutions. This position entails managing the entire sales process: starting from lead identification and consulting, to negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals. Collaboration with technical and engineering departments will be essential to meet customer needs and drive business success.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
- Five to eight years of verifiable experience in B2B ICT solution sales, ideally within the UAE or Middle East.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise ICT solutions including Networking, IPTV/Media Infrastructure, AV integration, and Cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in formulating and executing sales strategies across Corporate, Government, Hospitality, and Media sectors.
- Ability to consistently identify new business prospects, manage key accounts, and exceed sales objectives.
- Hands-on experience with the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, solution crafting, proposal drafting, contract negotiation, and account oversight.
- Proficiency in coordinating with pre-sales, engineering, finance, and legal teams to prepare competitive proposals and respond effectively to RFPs/RFQs.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of conveying technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong commercial insight to align technology offerings with business value and ROI.
- Awareness of regional ICT industry trends, competition, and emerging tech in the Middle East.
- Capability to uncover cross-selling and upselling prospects while nurturing longstanding customer relations.
- Excellent command of English is essential; skills in Arabic are advantageous.
- Readiness to travel as needed for business expansion and client support.
