Overview
This opportunity is for an experienced Senior Consultant in Human Capital Consulting to join a consulting team in Riyadh. The role suits someone with a strong People & Organization advisory background and practical experience leading organization design, workforce planning, operating model, and HR transformation work for government bodies or large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Own human capital consulting assignments end-to-end, from initial assessment through to delivery and implementation.
- Create organization structures, operating models, and governance arrangements that support business needs.
- Carry out workforce planning and sizing exercises aligned to strategy and future demand.
- Develop job architecture components, including job families, job descriptions, and competency models.
- Contribute to performance management design, KPI frameworks, and talent management programs.
- Build career pathways, succession planning approaches, and broader organizational development solutions.
- Run workshops, interview stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations to executives.
- Perform current-state reviews, identify gaps, and benchmark against relevant comparators.
- Prepare transformation roadmaps and practical implementation plans.
- Maintain trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the engagement.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience with HR consulting firms is strongly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, job evaluation, competency frameworks, and HR operating models.
- Background in consulting assignments for government, public sector, or large-scale organizations is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
