About Redcare Pharmacy
Redcare Pharmacy is Europe’s leading online pharmacy, built around a culture of innovation, collaboration, and purpose. The company aims to create a healthy workplace where people feel appreciated and motivated to help advance its mission: “Until every human has their health.”
Role overview
In this position, you will support the financial planning and analysis activities for the German commercial business. Your work will focus on dependable reporting, meaningful analysis, and forecast development based on data. You will partner with Finance, Country Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve visibility into performance, growth, and profitability.
You will convert financial and operational information into practical insights, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to business cases for commercial initiatives. The role offers ownership of defined topics while learning from experienced finance partners in a fast-moving e-commerce setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and continuously refine recurring financial reports and variance analyses for the German business so stakeholders can clearly see the main performance drivers.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by taking ownership of the forecasting model, gathering input, challenging assumptions, and presenting concise financial summaries.
- Review commercial and operational KPIs including revenue trends, margin, marketing expenditure, customer economics, and profitability levers.
- Create and maintain financial models, dashboards, and datasets that strengthen transparency and improve decision-making.
- Contribute fact-based analysis and scenario modelling for business cases tied to commercial initiatives, marketing spend, and growth opportunities.
- Spot risks and upside potential in performance patterns and turn your findings into clear recommendations.
What we're looking for
- A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, ideally in a commercial, e-commerce, or digitally oriented consumer business.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced technical capability with an AI- and data-oriented mindset, plus strong Excel skills including PowerPivot and PowerQuery for structuring complex problems and generating strategic insight.
- Genuine interest in commercial performance, e-commerce, customer economics, marketing ROI, and profitability management.
- Fluency in English; German is an added advantage.
Benefits
- Flexible work-from-home arrangements may be possible depending on the role, including up to 20 days per year from anywhere in the EU where the job does not require office presence.
- Team-building events and regular celebrations to strengthen collaboration and recognize shared success.
- Childcare support through a kindergarten grant of €100 per month in total for eligible employees paying kindergarten fees.
- Access to confidential, free psychological support through nilo for personal or work-related strain.
- Ongoing learning and career growth support through internal and external training opportunities.
- A fully paid Deutschland Ticket to support your daily commute.
- Health and fitness support, including the option of an Urban Sports Club membership package.
