Role summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, you will be part of the EMEA Finance function, supporting planning and analysis for the EMEA Go-to-Market organization. You will work closely with business leaders and teams across functions to deliver financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help improve performance across the region. The role involves building and reviewing financial plans, tracking key metrics, explaining variances, and performing analysis that supports growth and better operational execution. This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Sr Director, GTM Finance International.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with EMEA business leaders to turn financial analysis into practical recommendations that support company goals
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlook activities
  • Prepare and review monthly as well as quarterly management reporting materials
  • Build scenario models, complete ad hoc analyses, and support business cases for new initiatives and investments
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen operating efficiency and support scale
  • Track important financial measures and business drivers, then explain differences between actuals, plans, and forecasts
  • Help improve forecast quality and streamline financial planning processes over time
  • Coordinate with accounting to support accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end close reporting
  • Assist with resource planning and organizational planning as business needs change

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related area
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role
  • Hands-on background in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong ability to use Google Sheets and Excel, including building and maintaining complex models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
  • Self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
  • Exposure to Google Workspace and financial planning tools such as Oracle, Adaptive Insights, or Tableau is preferred

Work arrangement

This role follows a hybrid model. Employees split their time between the office and remote work, and access to an office location is required. The usual expectation is a minimum of 2 in-office days per week, though this may vary by team. Docusign may adjust the job designation based on business needs and in line with local law. The available designation for this role is hybrid.
