Senior Finance Manager (Pricing)

Role overview

This is a newly created senior pricing leadership role with a global scope. You will join a well-established multinational organisation that is expanding its commercial strength and sharpening its pricing approach across international markets.

Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will help shape and execute global pricing direction across product lines and regions. The role focuses on building pricing recommendations that support revenue growth, protect profitability, and reinforce brand positioning, while staying aligned with wider commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, Commercial, and Marketing to evaluate competitor pricing, promotional activity, and market movements. Using this analysis, you will turn complex information into practical recommendations that guide pricing decisions across markets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least 6 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, strategy, or a related field. You should have handled pricing recommendations across multiple markets and be comfortable working in a centralised pricing function or centre of excellence environment.

Strong analytical ability and financial modelling skills are essential, along with a solid grasp of pricing strategy, price elasticity, promotional impact, and margin improvement. You should be commercially minded, highly detail-focused, and capable of influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Compensation

Indicative salary is S$150,000 to S$200,000 per year, plus a variable bonus.
