Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and various stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial agreements.
• Manage contract administration processes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and risk mitigation throughout project phases.
• Conduct market analysis and assess competitive dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and sustain partnerships with external entities to enhance collaboration and project success.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate the commercial team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous development.
• Create detailed management reports and presentations to support executive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant disciplines; an MBA qualification is advantageous.
• Over 15 years of extensive experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within construction and real estate industries.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, large-scale projects and contracts.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills paired with strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership skills focusing on team development and driving performance improvements.
• Familiarity and proficiency with commercial management software and tools.
