Senior Manager - Procurement Systems Management

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to direct and optimize the management of procurement systems and technologies. This leadership position aims to enhance procurement processes by effectively deploying and continuously refining procurement systems to align with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, deployment, and oversight of procurement systems that facilitate company procurement operations.
• Formulate and execute strategies for enhancements, integrations, and upgrades of procurement systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional units to guarantee that procurement systems align with business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Track system performance, resolve issues promptly to reduce downtime, and maximize system effectiveness.
• Supervise data analytics and reporting to deliver insightful information on procurement activities.
• Manage partnerships with vendors and service providers of procurement systems.
• Ensure procurement systems adhere to corporate policies, industry norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of procurement systems experts, fostering continuous skill enhancement and team growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Have between 8 to 10 years of experience managing procurement systems or similar roles, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong familiarity with procurement software platforms, ERP solutions, and digital procurement tools.
• Proven track record of system implementations, integrations, and optimization efforts.
• Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets and produce actionable reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and skills for managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
