  • Create and manage high-quality Power BI Cloud dashboards that present operational and financial KPIs for timely visibility into business performance.
  • Work closely with teams across Finance, Controlling, and Business Operations to ensure analytics deliverables match strategic and financial priorities.
  • Analyze financial and operational datasets in depth, uncover trends, monitor variances, and turn findings into practical recommendations for leadership.
  • Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready stories for financial stakeholders and improve how insights are used across the business.

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with direct exposure to finance, controlling, or FP&A settings.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI Cloud, including financial data modeling and semantic layer optimization.
  • Practical experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python, along with the ability to work with large datasets for financial analysis and reporting.

Benefits

  • Flexible home-working arrangements, including the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU for up to 20 days per year, depending on role requirements.
  • Regular team events and celebrations designed to strengthen collaboration and recognize shared success.
  • Childcare support through a kindergarten grant of €100 total per month for employees paying kindergarten fees.
  • Confidential and free mental health support through professional psychologists from nilo.
  • Ongoing learning and career growth support through internal and external training opportunities.
  • A fully funded Deutschland Ticket to support commuting.
  • Access to health and fitness offerings, including a membership package with Urban Sports Club.
