About the Role
This position is for a Senior Data Analyst with a finance focus. You will help create reliable data solutions for advanced Data & AI work, improving the pipelines and data structures that power models and business insights. The role plays an important part in supporting the future of digital healthcare through data-led decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to support organization-wide analytics, including use cases such as financial forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
- Create and manage high-quality Power BI Cloud dashboards that present operational and financial KPIs for timely visibility into business performance.
- Work closely with teams across Finance, Controlling, and Business Operations to ensure analytics deliverables match strategic and financial priorities.
- Analyze financial and operational datasets in depth, uncover trends, monitor variances, and turn findings into practical recommendations for leadership.
- Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready stories for financial stakeholders and improve how insights are used across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with direct exposure to finance, controlling, or FP&A settings.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Cloud, including financial data modeling and semantic layer optimization.
- Practical experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python, along with the ability to work with large datasets for financial analysis and reporting.
