This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization that handles applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The company is seeking a Senior Creative QA Specialist located in Germany.

The role treats quality assurance as a central part of the creative workflow, not as a final checkpoint. You will be the first dedicated QA specialist, responsible for bringing structure, consistency, and discipline to all outbound creative output. Your work will cover copy decks, ad scripts, static creative, and video assets, ensuring that each item is polished, compliant, and ready for clients or advertising platforms.

This position sits where careful review meets creative judgment. Even small mistakes can affect brand credibility and regulatory compliance, so you will play an important control role across several teams in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. In time, you will help turn QA from a person-by-person task into a repeatable, organization-wide system.

Accountabilities

  • Take ownership of final checks for all outgoing creative materials, including copy, scripts, captions, static ads, and video assets before they are shared with clients or published.
  • Verify that every deliverable follows brand rules, platform technical requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Create and keep up to date QA tools such as checklists, standard operating procedures, review templates, and pre-release validation workflows.
  • Design and run layered compliance processes for clients, with especially close oversight for heavily regulated areas such as pet health and supplements.
  • Maintain claim libraries, approved wording references, and restricted-phrase lists for priority accounts.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, account, and project management teams to catch quality risks early and prevent avoidable issues.
  • Monitor repeated errors, share trend insights, and recommend process changes that reduce revisions and improve consistency.
  • Help prepare the QA function for growth by contributing to future coaching, onboarding, and support frameworks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on background in quality assurance, proofreading, compliance, or editorial work within an agency, a regulated sector, or another high-volume creative setting.
  • Strong familiarity with compliance standards used in regulated environments such as FDA, FTC, supplements, pet health, or finance.
  • Excellent detail orientation and the ability to assess brand consistency across multiple clients at the same time.
  • Working knowledge of ad platform requirements and creative formats used on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar channels.
  • Proven ability to create organized processes from the ground up, including SOPs, checklists, and review systems.
  • Comfort working under pressure in busy environments while still maintaining accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, constructive approach to feedback and issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational ability and the capacity to manage several high-priority accounts simultaneously.
  • Preferred background: copywriting or editorial experience, building tone-of-voice guidance, or helping onboard junior QA staff.
