Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter capable of translating complex blockchain infrastructure into compelling, strategic narratives. This role demands a deep understanding of Web3 language that influences markets, builds trust, and drives momentum, beyond superficial content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful written materials spanning website copy, landing pages, executive summaries, pitch decks, announcements, social media captions and threads, scripts for videos and short content, email campaigns, and community updates.
• Maintain and refine a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Partner closely with leadership to effectively articulate strategic positioning and long-term vision.
• Convert highly technical documentation into accessible and persuasive narratives.
• Support product launches, initial coin offering (ICO) communications, and initiatives to expand the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, video production, and growth, to ensure alignment between messaging, visuals, and distribution channels.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of copywriting experience within crypto, fintech, Web3, AI, or rapidly scaling technology companies.
• Proven ability to write effectively for diverse audiences, including retail users, institutional investors, regulators, and global collaborators.
• Strong foundational knowledge of blockchain technology and digital asset markets.
• Exceptional skill in simplifying intricate technical ideas without compromising accuracy or credibility.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing persuasive writing in both long and short formats.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and accountable environment.
• Intimate understanding of Web3 culture and evolving narrative trends.
