Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and well-organized Content Development Executive to enhance our social media presence and support daily business activities. The individual will research current trends, brainstorm content concepts, and craft scripts, captions, and promotional material. Additionally, they will oversee the content scheduling and manage client and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate trending subjects to generate engaging content ideas.
- Create written content including scripts, captions, and promotional copies.
- Coordinate and maintain content calendars effectively.
- Respond to client questions and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain databases containing customer and lead information.
- Follow up systematically with clients and leads to ensure effective communication.
- Provide assistance in routine operational tasks to support business functions.
Requirements and Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Attention to detail and the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Prior experience in content writing, client management, or social media handling will be advantageous.
Compensation Details
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 18000 and 30000 INR.
