Job Description
This position involves performing hands-on analysis and crafting clear narratives to assist senior stakeholders in comprehending performance metrics and guiding strategic business decisions. The Senior Analyst will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity, and oversee measurement across various digital channels. The role requires a blend of analytical precision, inquisitiveness, and teamwork to support clients with diverse data-driven requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
- Specify data requirements and liaise with database specialists to address business inquiries.
- Assist in the collection and measurement of data across digital platforms.
- Articulate analytical outcomes effectively to both internal teams and clients.
- Employ quantitative methodologies to enhance performance and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
Required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on data analysis utilizing large, multi-dimensional datasets.
- At least 3 years of experience with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Ensighten.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing digital marketing channels like media, CRM, or mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is essential.
Desired
- Previous experience with WebTrends or SiteCatalyst.
- Capability to link analytical results to tangible business outcomes in client interactions.
- Experience with predictive modeling or marketing optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to support cross-functional teams with data and measurement needs.
- A strong curiosity for exploring new analytical methods, tools, and emerging digital measurement techniques.
Additional Information
This role is to fill an existing vacancy within Klick. The annual base salary for this position ranges from CAD $85,000 to $105,000. The final compensation will be determined based on factors including the candidate's work location, specific skill set, educational background, and previous professional experience.
