Job DescriptionThe Manager, Analytics is responsible for spearheading measurement strategy and driving data-informed decision-making across client engagements within the healthcare industry. This role bridges business challenges with practical analytics frameworks, comprehensive reporting, experimentation, and performance insights designed to boost marketing effectiveness. The position requires close collaboration with Strategy, Media, User Experience, Technology, Client Service, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of data, interpretation, and actions across all channels. Success hinges on strong consulting acumen, deep technical analytics expertise, and the ability to articulate clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
What You’ll Do- Develop and lead measurement strategies, define key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks, create tracking plans, and establish testing roadmaps for websites, CRM systems, paid search, display advertising, and social media programs for healthcare clients.
- Construct interactive dashboards and executive-level reports using Tableau, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign, channel, and customer data utilizing SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools to pinpoint the key drivers of marketing performance, efficiency, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with Strategy, Media, UX, Technology, Client Service, and Project Management teams to define project scope, estimate resource requirements, and deliver analytics solutions that align with client objectives.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts, enhance team best practices, and present findings, measurement plans, and business cases to senior client stakeholders in a clear, evidence-based manner.
- Possess 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics, with a focus on measurement strategy, reporting, and performance analysis across multi-channel initiatives.
- Accumulate 3+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or agency setting, managing analytics deliverables for multiple stakeholders or client accounts.
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, including the ability to develop measurement plans, define KPIs, and translate business objectives into tracking requirements.
- Exhibit working knowledge of SQL and either Python or R for data analysis, extraction, or modeling, with a proven track record of using data to support optimization efforts or business recommendations.
- Show experience in presenting analyses, dashboards, or strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, with evidence of influencing decisions through compelling, data-driven narratives.
- Have experience mentoring analysts or cross-functional team members through constructive feedback, coaching, project support, or development planning.
- Display comfort and enthusiasm for integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a standard component of daily work.
- Possess experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio for creating dashboards that support executive reporting and ongoing business decision-making.
- Have experience with paid media platforms and marketing technology stacks, such as Google Ads, Bing, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, ETL workflows, or CRM data environments.
- Demonstrate experience in designing A/B testing strategies, interpreting results, and applying insights to enhance campaign, channel, or customer experience performance.
- Bring experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors, including work with regulated brands, healthcare audiences, or complex stakeholder environments.
- Show experience in identifying novel analytics methodologies, evaluating vendor opportunities, or implementing practice improvements to enhance team capabilities or client offerings.
This position represents a newly created vacancy within Klick. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between CAD $110,000 and $135,000 annually. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's work location, unique skill set, educational background, and previous professional experience.
