Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Developer / Tech Lead skilled in Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore technologies to lead and design AI-based automation agents. This role involves close collaboration with customer AI architects and mentoring the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents focused on automating business processes.
- Analyze the suitability of replacing existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots with AI-driven agents by comparing benefits and feasibility.
- Enable integration of existing RPA portfolios to be utilized as tools within AI agents.
- Collaborate with the RCP AI Architect in defining the design and architecture of AI agents.
- Communicate and present proposed AI agent architecture and design solutions.
- Establish control protocols and safety measures for agentic AI-based process automation.
- Mentor and guide the development team on concepts related to Agentic AI and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
- Conduct reviews of AI-related deliverables produced by the team to ensure quality and alignment.
- Develop an operational handbook guiding monitoring and basic troubleshooting of AI agents.
