Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer / Tech Lead specializing in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to design, develop, and lead AI agent-based process automation initiatives. This role requires frequent collaboration with the customer AI architect and mentoring responsibilities for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI agents aimed at automating business processes.
- Evaluate and automate workflows by selecting between RPA and agentic AI strategies based on benefit analyses.
- Assess current RPA bots for their potential transition into AI agent-driven operations.
- Integrate existing RPA systems as components accessible by AI agents.
- Collaborate closely with the RCP AI architect to architect AI agents.
- Present designs and architectural plans for new AI agents to stakeholders.
- Define and implement control strategies for agentic AI in process automation.
- Mentor and guide team members in Agentic AI methodologies and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore concepts.
- Conduct thorough reviews of AI deliverables with the team.
- Develop an operational manual covering AI agent monitoring and basic troubleshooting procedures.
