This opportunity is for a Senior Account Manager in Client Services, based in Germany and offered through a partner hiring company that handles applications and the selection process. The role focuses on the overlap of strategy, delivery, and client partnership within the fast-moving influencer marketing sector. You will manage a portfolio of high-value client relationships, work to improve campaign ROI and engagement, and support sustained account growth.

In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients from onboarding through renewal, turning business goals into practical influencer marketing strategies. You will also coordinate campaign delivery, work with internal teams, and help ensure excellent execution across multiple accounts.

Accountabilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and work to strengthen satisfaction, retention, and long-term account value throughout the customer journey.
  • Function as a strategic partner by converting client business objectives into influencer marketing strategies and practical campaign plans.
  • Manage influencer campaign delivery end to end, making sure schedules, budgets, KPIs, and content standards are achieved consistently.
  • Run business reviews and performance updates, sharing insights that help shape future improvements and growth.
  • Guide and support internal delivery teams, including coordinators, so campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Work closely with sales, product, strategy, and research functions to improve client results and strengthen platform capabilities.
  • Review campaign performance data to spot risks, opportunities, and optimization actions for clients.
  • Keep close control over contracts, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication and resolving issues proactively.
  • Feed client feedback into internal process improvements, best practices, and platform development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 7+ years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing; agency background is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor who can connect marketing activity to business and revenue results.
  • Strong project management capability with the ability to handle several high-value accounts at the same time.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills, especially with senior-level contacts.
  • Comfort working with data, interpreting campaign results, and turning findings into action.
  • Experience coaching or managing junior team members in a fast-moving environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a consistently customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms or paid media environments is a clear plus.
  • Ability to operate in a performance-led setting with accountability for client success measures.
