Role overview
We are seeking a Scientific Writer to support a pharmaceutical client on a temporary 12-month contract. This remote role is based in the United Kingdom and offers a daily rate of £560.00 to £675.00. The position is suited to someone who enjoys turning complex scientific information into clear, accurate and engaging content for a variety of audiences.
What you will do
- Work closely with scientists and researchers to produce high-quality scientific materials such as clinical study reports, regulatory documents and scientific publications.
- Develop content that aligns with relevant industry standards and regulatory expectations.
- Review written work to ensure it remains accurate, consistent and easy to understand.
- Keep up to date with developments in science and changes in regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
- A qualification in a relevant scientific discipline, such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related subject.
- Previous experience in scientific writing, ideally gained within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong capabilities in writing, editing and proofreading.
- The ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
- A motivated, collaborative attitude and the flexibility to work well in a fast-moving environment.
