SAP FICO Consultant

Role overview

This position focuses on delivering clear, high-value SAP solution demonstrations and supporting customers as they evaluate or move to SAP products. The consultant will work closely with sales and customer stakeholders, explain solutions in a way the customer understands, and help address product-related questions and concerns.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and present polished demonstrations that show the value of SAP solutions to customers.
• Understand the customer’s business challenges, especially when they are adopting or transitioning to an SAP product.
• Communicate with customers in a clear, relatable way that fits their context and expectations.
• Respond to questions about SAP products and solutions and help resolve concerns during the evaluation process.
• Build strong knowledge of SAP solutions and strategy so you can confidently support product positioning, roadmap discussions, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Keep learning continuously by staying current on new features, industry practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and demonstrate how SAP software addresses them.
• Manage deadlines effectively and coordinate smoothly with other teams involved in the process.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, computer science, or a closely related field.
• Strong command of both English and Arabic.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on SAP experience.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling implementations.
• Good understanding of the SAP solutions portfolio.
• Excellent documentation abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect functional needs with technical and integration requirements to shape a complete solution.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
