Job description
Role Overview
Wisys is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the main liaison connecting project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on keeping work moving smoothly, maintaining clear project records, and supporting the successful delivery of initiatives.
Core Duties
- Serve as the central contact point for project teams, management, and stakeholders.
- Monitor follow-ups, action items, and day-to-day progress to make sure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Keep project files, records, and supporting documents well organized and up to date.
- Create accurate progress updates and reports for management review.
- Use project management applications along with Microsoft Office tools to organize, maintain, and update project schedules.
- Support SAP-related project work by helping with implementation coordination, alignment, and tracking.
Requirements
- Prior background working as a Project Coordinator or Project Management Officer (PMO).
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid coordination abilities.
- Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus project management tools.
- Ability to follow up with stakeholders, track tasks, and ensure project activities are completed on time.
- Previous exposure to SAP projects is preferred.
- Candidate must be based in Qassim.
