Job description

Company Overview

Masarat for Accreditation was established in 2016 in Saudi Arabia and focuses on biosafety, cleanroom, and controlled-environment solutions. Its work helps clients meet strict infection-control and contamination-control standards while staying aligned with recognized local and international accreditation bodies such as SFDA, CBAHI, WHO, CAP, and CDC. Backed by engineers and a worldwide expert network, the company provides complete support that includes consultancy, testing, maintenance for cleanrooms, biosafety laboratories, and safety cabinets. Through its partnership with MRC Solutions, Masarat also supplies long-lasting and cost-efficient cleanroom products built to tolerate harsh chemicals, along with training programs that help clients get the best from their technology while maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Role Summary

The company is seeking a results-oriented Sales Supervisor to help expand business across Saudi Arabia. This role suits a sales professional with solid experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, or medical equipment, and who can drive growth through client development, tender management, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads across healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, and industrial markets.
  • Handle the sales journey end to end, from initial outreach and prospecting through contract closure and post-sale support.
  • Track and pursue opportunities in both government and private-sector accounts.
  • Oversee Etimad and NUPCO tenders and ensure proposals are submitted within deadlines.
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with hospitals, drug manufacturers, laboratories, universities, and public-sector organizations.
  • Draft quotations, commercial offers, and technical submissions in coordination with internal teams.
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams during delivery and implementation.
  • Visit clients, deliver presentations, and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Follow up after project completion to support client satisfaction and uncover repeat-business opportunities.
  • Keep sales forecasts up to date and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales goals.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands-on background in selling medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or healthcare technology products.
  • Strong working knowledge of NUPCO and Etimad procurement systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to create new business and build durable customer relationships.
  • Good understanding of government procurement procedures in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently while driving sales initiatives.
  • Valid Saudi driving licence.
  • Added value for candidates with experience in cleanrooms, controlled environments, or GMP-regulated facilities.
  • Experience in laboratory fit-out projects, validation, commissioning, or healthcare infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Existing relationships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, universities, and government bodies are a major advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Eligibility

Saudi nationals are preferred. Applicants holding a transferable Iqama are also welcome to apply.
