Role Summary
The Sales Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing customer communication, turn enquiries into sales opportunities, and ensure each customer receives a professional and positive experience. The role is centered on meeting sales goals, handling customer requests, and creating strong relationships through clear communication over phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and requests through phone, email, and other digital channels in both Arabic and English.
- Identify opportunities to convert leads and enquiries into confirmed memberships or sales.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets without compromising service standards.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and keep leads moving through the sales process.
- Share accurate and easy-to-understand information about services, promotions, and offers.
- Use persuasive communication and attentive listening to build customer confidence.
- Develop and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Keep communication courteous, polished, and professional at all times.
- Record customer conversations and sales actions accurately.
- Handle several priorities at once in a busy, fast-moving setting.
- Work closely with teammates to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Contribute positively to team morale and the overall work environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, call center operations, or customer service is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
- Candidates with strong sales potential and relevant customer-handling experience may also be considered.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability is important.
- Good phone etiquette and active listening skills are needed.
- Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and high-speed environment.
- Professional presentation and a well-groomed, confident demeanor are expected.
