Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing sales initiatives, guiding a results-driven team, and building durable relationships with clients and industry partners. The role also involves representing the organization at events, presenting products and services effectively, and strengthening the company’s market presence to attract new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and roll out strategic sales plans that help the business meet and surpass revenue goals.
  • Study market movements and competitor actions to uncover fresh business opportunities and maintain a strong position in the real estate market.
  • Manage, coach, and energize a team of real estate sales specialists.
  • Run regular training programs to sharpen team capabilities and keep everyone aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and sustain strong working relationships with clients, property agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Direct the sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring clients experience a smooth and professional process.
  • Understand client needs and brief prospective investors on the value and relevance of the property.
  • Set and track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate team productivity and outcomes.
  • Prepare and share regular updates for senior leadership on sales results, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, pricing shifts, and customer buying preferences.
  • Use market research insights to refine sales approaches and remain competitive in the real estate sector.
  • Independently manage important client accounts and complex negotiations.
  • Support the team in closing large-value property transactions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate or property sales.
  • Working knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market is necessary.
  • Ability to interpret market patterns, sales figures, and performance data for informed decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to build and implement sales strategies that support business goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving and highly competitive real estate setting.
  • Strong focus on service quality and long-term client relationship building.
  • Fluency in English is required.
