About the Role
As a Sales Manager I based in Bengaluru, you will serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their goals, requirements, and challenges. Your responsibilities will include strategizing to tackle issues, devising action plans to meet client targets, and maximizing account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for designated client accounts, comprehending their objectives and challenges.
- Formulate strategies to address client challenges and develop action plans to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct face-to-face business reviews regularly to discuss performance, identify improvement areas, and introduce new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, sales trends, and market conditions to uncover opportunities and challenges.
- Boost business growth for new partners by focusing on fundamental hygiene and health metrics.
- Achieve incremental revenue through monetization and improved commercial strategies across assigned clients.
- Strategically plan to increase market share and counter competitor influence for all managed clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners ensuring delivery of excellent restaurant Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding client service, addressing concerns promptly.
- Proactively generate leads and engage potential partners by showcasing our value proposition to secure new collaborations.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Graduate with strong communication abilities.
- Experience and understanding of e-commerce and online marketing channels.
- Confident, pleasant demeanor with a proactive, driven personality.
- Effective communication and sales-oriented attitude with aptitude for business development.
- Team-oriented, able to work harmoniously with diverse individuals.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Leadership and influence capabilities, building wide networks internally and externally to achieve impactful results.
