Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be accountable for expanding revenue through commercial partnerships, advertising sales, and other business opportunities across the Flicks platform. This role involves leading sales delivery, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in the entertainment and media space.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales approaches that increase income from advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with studios, distributors, streaming services, brands, and media agencies.
- Spot and pursue new commercial opportunities that fit Flicks’ audience and offering.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals, then deliver them to prospective clients.
- Own the sales journey end to end, from initial outreach through to deal closure.
Performance Measures
- Delivering annual sales targets.
- Winning a higher number of new commercial partnerships.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong background in B2B sales and negotiation, ideally within media, entertainment, or digital products.
- Track record of successfully closing commercial agreements.
- Ability to build trust and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Good commercial judgement and awareness of media and entertainment market dynamics.
- Strategic, proactive, and motivated by targets.
- Clear communication and confident presentation skills.
Requirements
Applicants should bring at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in positions such as Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets and managing client pipelines effectively.
Experience in digital media sales, advertising, entertainment, streaming, or similar digital platforms is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with the industry’s trends, major players, and competitive environment.
