Job description
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager supporting Arabic-speaking clients in Qatar, you will be responsible for driving group sales and strengthening guest experiences through thoughtful, high-touch hospitality. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and converting leads into profitable bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential business through outreach and database analysis to grow group sales and meet lead-generation targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned market segments, while maintaining existing relationships and opening new ones to increase room revenue and overall profitability.
- Review hotel and market movements to shape focused sales plans and marketing actions that capture demand and support revenue goals.
- Handle the full sales cycle, including proposal preparation, site inspections, rate and term negotiations, and contract closure based on client needs and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate all booking details such as guest rooms, food and beverage needs, and meeting space, and keep account and reservation data accurately updated in the sales management system.
