Job description
Role overview
In this role, you’ll help create a warm and memorable stay for guests by receiving housekeeping-related requests, coordinating responses, and keeping service operations running smoothly across the cluster.
Key responsibilities
- Take in guest housekeeping requests, log them accurately, and ensure they are handled quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with Room Attendants, Housekeeping Supervisors, and other hotel teams so rooms are cleaned, checked, and available on schedule.
- Keep the Property Management System current with room status updates, guest requests, service orders, Lost and Found entries, and operational reports.
- Respond to guests in a courteous manner, track response times, and make sure requests are completed in line with Hilton service expectations.
- Coordinate room status changes with the Front Office and assign housekeeping tasks through the hotel operating system.
- Check that laundry charges, minibar entries, and housekeeping-related records are posted correctly.
- Follow up on open tasks, management notes, and service orders while helping the housekeeping team deliver an excellent guest experience.
