Role Overview
As the Sales Manager located in Singapore, you will be instrumental in growing strategic accounts throughout Singapore and broader Southeast Asia. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of significant enterprise clients such as regional headquarters, multinational corporations, and overseeing complex, multi-national warehouse automation initiatives. The goal is to position Geek+ as the preferred automation partner in industries like logistics, retail, semiconductors, and manufacturing.
This position calls for a consultative and commercially astute leader capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders and managing diverse teams across countries including sales, engineering, solutions, and delivery. You will devise account strategies, develop ROI-based value offerings, and create scalable project plans for expanding Geek+'s presence regionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage key regional accounts within 3PL, semiconductor, electronics, healthcare, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
- Establish and nurture executive relationships, identifying automation opportunities in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Formulate multi-country account strategies, opportunity plans, and roadmaps for project replication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, solutions, engineering, delivery, finance, and legal throughout lengthy sales cycles.
- Lead workshops, solution demonstrations, business case analyses, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and CRM data; support marketing events and partnerships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, logistics, or a similar field.
- Minimum of five years experience in B2B solution sales, key account management, or business development.
- Preferably experienced with warehouse automation, intralogistics, robotics, supply chain technologies, WMS, or 3PL solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, long-term, multi-stakeholder sales processes and creating ROI-driven value propositions.
- Strong skills in communication, presentations, and negotiations; fluent English mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Capability to work autonomously, coordinate international teams, and travel within Southeast Asia.
