Role Summary

An experienced, energetic Sales Executive is needed for the luxury furniture showroom in Dubai. The position calls for someone who genuinely appreciates interior design, communicates well with clients, and has a track record in premium retail. The main objective is to create an outstanding customer experience while meeting sales goals and presenting high-end furniture collections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive clients in the showroom and provide attentive, personalized, premium-level service.
  • Assess customer tastes, lifestyle, and requirements to suggest appropriate luxury furniture and design options.
  • Generate sales through active engagement with showroom visitors, as well as by following up on incoming leads and enquiries.
  • Develop strong product knowledge, including collections, materials, and current design directions.
  • Liaise with design, logistics, and operations teams to keep order handling and deliveries running smoothly.
  • Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure displays reflect the brand’s presentation standards.
  • Work toward and surpass individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain precise records of client conversations and sales actions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within furniture or interior design.
  • Strong ability in selling and negotiation, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or another language is an advantage.
  • Strong enthusiasm for luxury products, interiors, and visual aesthetics.
  • Comfort working in a busy environment with targets and performance expectations.
  • A polished, professional presentation that matches a luxury brand image.
