Role summary
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Executive who will help generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships for Insight Genesis – IGAi. The role involves identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and managing sales opportunities across the financial services, HR, education, and health and wellness sectors.
Key responsibilities
The Sales Executive will handle discovery conversations, present product demonstrations, draft proposals, and negotiate terms with key decision-makers and stakeholders. The role also works closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure offerings are aligned with client requirements and that onboarding is seamless.
In addition, the position requires consistent CRM usage to track activity and sales performance, sharing market insights back with the team, and supporting sales initiatives that contribute to business growth targets.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring a solid background in B2B sales, with hands-on experience in prospecting, managing pipelines, solution-based selling, and closing deals in technology or SaaS settings. Experience selling to one or more of the following industries is important: financial services, including unbanked markets, human resources and talent management, education, or health and wellness.
Strong verbal and presentation abilities are needed to explain complex AI and data-led offerings in a clear, value-oriented way to a range of stakeholders. Candidates should also be comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and standard productivity software for lead management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
The role requires someone who can work well independently in a remote environment, stay organized with time and priorities, and collaborate effectively with global clients and cross-functional colleagues. A consultative approach is essential, including active listening, needs assessment, and relationship building for long-term client success.
Experience with AI, analytics, or data-driven decision-making products is an advantage, and prior work in startup or fast-growing companies would be a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
