Role Summary

This is a remote, full-time Sales Supervisor position. The person in this role will lead a distributed sales team, provide coaching, set daily and weekly performance goals, and track progress against targets. The role also includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle, supporting lead qualification, joining important client discussions, and working with customer success to handle escalated issues.

You will work closely with marketing and product teams to sharpen positioning, collect market feedback, and uncover growth opportunities across the financial services, HR, education, and health sectors. The role also involves training new hires, keeping pipeline forecasts accurate, and producing regular performance updates for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and support a remote sales team to consistently meet performance goals.
  • Set daily and weekly sales targets and monitor progress through key metrics.
  • Oversee the full sales process from lead qualification through closing.
  • Join and support important client conversations when needed.
  • Work with customer success to resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and value propositions.
  • Collect feedback from the market and identify new business opportunities in priority sectors.
  • Train, coach, and onboard new team members on tools, processes, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain dependable pipeline forecasts and prepare periodic reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain AI-based solutions to different audiences.
  • Experience in customer service or account handling, especially in relationship management and escalation handling.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data, pipeline information, and market patterns, then turn findings into action.
  • Capability to train and coach team members so they can improve performance and ramp up quickly.
  • Background in B2B or SaaS sales; experience in AI, fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving environment with a high level of ownership and discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Willingness to comment on and follow the company’s social media content.
