About the Position
Tito's Handmade Vodka is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a strong sales aptitude to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting sales order generation, identifying new sales opportunities, and coordinating promotional activities designed to boost Tito's product sales through distributors. The ideal candidate will become a brand ambassador, adept at sharing the Tito's story and product benefits with distributors, retailers, and consumers to drive sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales initiatives aimed at increasing product orders for Tito's through distributors, which includes liaising with third-party demonstration agencies, organizing point-of-sale displays, and executing sampling events and cocktail presentations for retail partners (both on- and off-premise).
- Implement local sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities to drive sales orders to distributors and ultimately to Tito's.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with the distributor's retail clientele, engaging both current Tito's purchasers and potential future customers.
- Undertake any other necessary activities to support sales efforts within the designated region.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of retail sales experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Thorough understanding of Federal and State regulations concerning alcohol beverage sales.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess strong organizational skills, high energy levels, and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent sales and communication abilities.
- Physically capable of performing all essential job functions.
- Must hold a valid US Driver's License, maintain a safe driving record, and have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
