Role overview

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Airport Store Management team in a key leadership support capacity. Your focus will be on helping build a strong performance culture and ensuring customers receive an excellent in-store experience.

Key duties

• Help the store achieve sales and profit goals by providing ongoing coaching, training, guidance, and feedback to team members.
• Maintain the agreed merchandising standards across the store.
• Support financial outcomes through sound inventory control, loss prevention, and careful management of controllable costs.

What you need

The right person will enjoy working in a relaxed, upbeat retail environment and bring solid experience from a retail setting. A good understanding of computers, mobile phones, and other electronics is important.

You should also have strong customer service experience, be comfortable handling cash and EFTPOS transactions, and ideally have experience with electronic POS systems. Confidence in selling retail products and merchandise is also required.

You must be able to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a coordinated sales team, and you should perform well when working under pressure.
