Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Communication & Connected Sales Coordinator to join the team in Hamilton. This role suits someone who enjoys a casual, enjoyable retail setting and brings solid experience in sales and customer interaction, along with a strong understanding of telco products and services.
Key Duties
The role involves supporting retail sales activity, delivering strong customer service, handling cash and EFTPOS transactions, and contributing to merchandise sales. You will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively within the wider sales team, while remaining effective in a busy and pressured environment.
Work Pattern and Flexibility
JB Hi-Fi operates seven days a week in most locations, so availability across a flexible schedule is important for this position.
Qualifications and Experience
- Background in retail, sales, and/or customer service.
- Previous cash handling experience, including EFTPOS use, ideally with electronic POS systems.
- Ability to sell retail products and merchandise confidently.
- Good knowledge of telco products or services is preferred.
