In this store-facing role, you will represent the brand, use your product knowledge to guide customers, and help connect them with the right technology solutions. What You Will Do
- Meet and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with teammates and store leadership to exchange ideas, support customers, and resolve concerns.
- Serve as an enthusiastic advocate for guests and bring personality and energy to customer interactions.
- Explain product advantages and suggest suitable solutions through high-quality service.
- Build genuine customer relationships and simplify technology for shoppers.

Compensation and Benefits
Victra reports an average yearly earning range of $40,000 to $64,000 for sales consultants, made up of base hourly pay plus uncapped commission. The company also provides paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment.

Working Time and Leave
Employees earn paid time off with each pay period. During the first year, the accrual rate is at least 40 hours per year, increasing to 80 hours per year starting in the second year. In some states, sick time may also accrue and may be carried over as required by state law. Any sick time required by state or local law will reduce annual PTO accrual accordingly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a retail or sales environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and during peak vacation periods.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proven ability to communicate with customers and help them find solutions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
Training and Hiring Process
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. The training may involve overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be part of the role.
