Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a key part in shaping the in-store customer experience. You will use your communication skills, enthusiasm for technology, and customer-first mindset to help guests find the right solutions while working in a fast-paced retail setting.

- Average annual earnings of $40,000 to $64,000, made up of base hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

Candidate Profile

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales setting.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, during November through December, and during peak vacation periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate with customers and help identify solutions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Completion of a four-day New Hire University training program within 30 days of the start date; this may include overnight travel at the company’s expense.
- Ongoing online and computer-based training throughout employment.
- Completion of a pre-hire assessment after applying.
