Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Blue Ocean's educational products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through diverse marketing efforts, converting prospects into enrolled students.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators by recommending suitable training courses.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding training programs.
- Provide precise and comprehensive information about course details, schedules, and benefits, customizing messaging to fit individual client requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales journey, guaranteeing a positive experience for clients.
- Research and understand training needs of potential clients for tailoring sales strategies effectively.
- Identify and propose enhancements to course offerings based on client feedback and prevailing market trends.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client engagements within the CRM system.
- Focus on engaging the target audience located in India while operating from Dubai.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in telesales or inside sales roles.
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Exceptional proficiency in English communication.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and persuasion with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong customer service orientation with capability to connect with clients and comprehend their needs.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software.
