Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important part in the store team by delivering excellent service, helping the store meet sales goals, and supporting day-to-day retail operations.

Key Duties

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets alongside the wider team.
  • Process sales transactions in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and well-presented store environment.
  • Display merchandise according to Swatch presentation standards.
  • Assist with routine and monthly stock checks as well as general inventory control.
  • Stay informed about new launches, promotions and product updates, and take part in ongoing training.
  • Contact customers by phone or email regarding warranty queries and repair follow-ups.
  • Consistently deliver a high standard of customer care.

Skills and Experience

  • Background in retail sales.
  • Prior exposure to sales targets and KPI-driven environments.
  • Strong customer service capability with a proven track record.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Good organisation and effective time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability for full-time work, including weekends.
