Role Summary

This position is centered on delivering a high-quality retail experience, supporting sales growth, and maintaining strong store standards. The role requires a customer-first mindset, solid product knowledge, and the ability to contribute to both individual and store-wide performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strong representative of customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, while understanding shopper needs and helping create an outstanding experience.
• Handle customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally, and escalate to the Store Manager in a timely manner whenever needed.
• Work toward assigned sales targets and look for effective ways to surpass them without losing sight of the customer experience.
• Support sales performance by applying detailed product knowledge and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Help keep the store in excellent condition by supporting in-store operational tasks such as cleaning, organization, and stock replenishment.
• Follow store security procedures and regulations to reduce the risk of stock loss.
• Use strong selling techniques to better meet customer needs, encourage higher-value purchases, and build repeat business.
• Suggest, guide, and help customers find merchandise in other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands or stores when the required item is not available in the current store.

Requirements

• A high school certificate is required.
• Between 1 and 2 years of relevant industry experience is expected.
• Strong communication abilities are important for success in this role.
• Previous exposure to customer service in a retail environment is essential.
