Role Overview

The Sales Associate at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle Operations serves as the primary advocate for delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to the company’s standards and promptly addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving and surpassing sales goals through innovative techniques, maintaining store standards, and protecting assets by following security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer expectations following company guidelines.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently or escalate to Store Manager when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets and employ creative strategies to exceed them, with a focus on customer-centric selling.
• Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain store presentation including cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
• Follow store security measures to minimize stock loss.
• Apply advanced sales techniques to support customer needs, foster high-value transactions, and encourage repeat business.
• Guide customers to locate or acquire merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores if the desired items are out of stock.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Excellent customer service aptitude.
