About the role
For the ZARA store in Konstanz at Lago Center, we are looking for a Sales Assistant / Retail Associate (m/f/d) to join the team on a part-time or full-time basis, starting from 25 hours per week.
Working in-store means keeping pace with a dynamic environment, making quick decisions, and collaborating closely with others. Fashion comes to life on the shop floor, and every person helps shape the experience. This position is about more than just completing sales: you will observe customer needs, advise shoppers, actively help shape the store, and support both customers and your team.
