About the role
For the ZARA store in Stuttgart, we are looking for a Sales Assistant / Verkäufer*in (m/w/d). The position is available in part-time and full-time models starting at 25 hours per week. In this store, every day follows a fast pace, requires quick decisions, and thrives on strong teamwork. Fashion is created here in real time, and each person contributes to the overall store experience.
Your role reaches beyond traditional selling. You will actively observe what is happening on the shop floor, support and advise customers, and help shape the store environment. At the same time, you will be an important support for your team and contribute to the daily rhythm of the store.

Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout their shopping experience with friendly and informed advice.
- Observe store activity and respond quickly to changing needs on the sales floor.

- Work closely with colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Contribute beyond pure sales tasks and take ownership of the customer and team experience.
