About the Role
This Singapore-based regional position is for a seasoned partner leader who can grow and strengthen a partner network across Southeast Asia. The role centers on building productive relationships with strategic partners, generating joint commercial opportunities, and working with global partner and marketing functions to roll out regional go-to-market plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia to support business growth and geographic reach.
- Source, recruit, onboard, and activate new resellers, alliance partners, and other channel partners.
- Develop trusted relationships with partner contacts and senior decision-makers.
- Support partner-driven pipeline creation, sales conversion, and revenue expansion.
- Work in close coordination with global partner, sales, and marketing teams to synchronize regional plans and run joint campaigns.
- Create partner business plans, define success metrics, and lead growth-focused initiatives.
- Run recurring business reviews with partners to track outcomes and uncover new opportunities.
- Share market insights and partner feedback to inform business direction and product priorities.
- Equip partners with the training, tools, and resources they need to perform effectively.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 12 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, alliance management, or a comparable function in SaaS or software technology.
- Hands-on experience managing partner ecosystems across Southeast Asia.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, software offerings, and channel sales approaches.
- Experience collaborating with global partner and marketing teams in a matrixed organization.
- A solid track record of forming strategic alliances and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong skills in stakeholder handling, negotiation, communication, and presentations.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving regional environment.
