Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania. You will be instrumental in delivering the signature Ghanda customer experience, ensuring store standards are upheld while managing sales and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service aligned with Ghanda's brand experience.
• Handling point-of-sale duties including transactions and till reconciliation.
• Maintaining exceptional store presentation in adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Receiving stock deliveries and performing inventory control.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong resonance with Ghanda’s values and brand ethos.
• Flexible work hours including availability during all school holiday periods.
• Possess reliable personal transportation.
• Retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential; attitude is highly valued.
