Job Overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Aurangabad, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience. Key Duties

• Provide knowledgeable advice on fashion and product selections to customers to help them make confident choices.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain the sales floor and storage areas well-stocked, orderly, and welcoming.
• Assist with opening and closing store operations.
• Represent both yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Team Environment

You will belong to a dynamic Store Team comprising various roles including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger outlets. Collaboration extends beyond the local store to the wider Area Team to share insights and drive collective success. Your role supports customers in expressing their individual style with trendy and classic fashion, promoting accessibility and sustainability.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or a related sector.
• A passion for fashion coupled with dedication to offering stellar in-store customer experiences that promote products and enhance sales.
• Good communication, creativity, curiosity in using store technology, and a strong willingness to learn and develop.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role based at the H&M store in Prozone Mall, Aurangabad, reporting to the Department Manager.
