About the Role

The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in accelerating revenue by overseeing the entire sales process, nurturing enduring relationships with clients, and advocating for cutting-edge IT and digital transformation offerings. Collaboration with internal technical and business teams is essential to architect innovative customer solutions facilitating the firm’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full sales funnel from identifying prospects and generating leads through proposal crafting, negotiation stages, to finalizing contracts.
  • Establish and sustain robust connections with current and potential clients within government and large enterprise sectors.
  • Pinpoint client operational challenges and suggest fitting technological solutions.
  • Market a portfolio encompassing Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Data Center, and Digital Transformation offerings from AlJammaz Technologies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined sales quotas and corporate goals.
  • Devise sales forecasts, detailed account strategies, and analyze market intelligence to inform planning.
  • Deliver presentations, demo products, and engage in high-level discussions with executives.
  • Partner closely with pre-sales, technical experts, and vendor partners to craft compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics specific to Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
  • A professional background of 2-5 years in IT solution sales, account management, or consulting roles.
  • Documented success in achieving sales targets and managing key enterprise customer accounts.
  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Proven competence in cultivating relationships and handling account management responsibilities.
  • Capability to formulate and implement effective sales approaches and perform accurate forecasting.
  • Self-driven, goal-focused, and resilient under pressure.
  • Experience within the Saudi Arabian market is strongly favored.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes in government and enterprise environments is beneficial.
