  • Onboard corporate applications via SailPoint connectors and APIs.
  • Create and customize workflows, rules, forms, and provisioning methods.
  • Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, human resources systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Establish Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
  • Conduct aggregation, provisioning, reconciliation, and certification activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with connectors, provisioning, aggregation, and governance.
  • Assist in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), production rollout, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
  • Experience in application onboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, access requests, approvals, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
  • Technical skills in Java/J2EE, BeanShell scripting, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, PowerShell or Shell scripting.
  • Understanding of SCIM, SAML, and OAuth protocols.
  • Experience working with directory services such as Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Azure AD/Entra ID, and integrations with ServiceNow and databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.

Experience Levels

  • Mid-level candidates should have 3 to 5 years of IAM experience and at least 2 years working specifically with SailPoint implementations.
  • Senior-level professionals are expected to possess between 5 and 10 or more years in IAM, with multiple full lifecycle SailPoint implementation projects and leadership experience in design, deployment, and client engagement.
