Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Safety Coach for an on-site assignment in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will guide teams on safe work practices, deliver safety-related training, assess workplace hazards, and support adherence to applicable regulations. The role also includes routine site visits, documentation of safety concerns, and close coordination with different teams to encourage a strong safety-first culture.

Key Requirements

• Solid understanding of safety procedures, workplace standards, and regulatory compliance expectations.
• Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and coach individuals and teams on safe practices.
• Hands-on experience with safety audits, risk evaluations, and preparation of detailed safety reports.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness planning and incident investigation methods.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to spot and reduce risks.
• Professional safety certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a safety-focused role, preferably within industrial or construction settings.
• Must be available to work on-site in Saudi Arabia.

Core Duties

The role centers on improving day-to-day safety behavior, guiding teams through training and mentorship, monitoring risk conditions at the worksite, and helping maintain compliance with safety requirements. You will also be expected to document findings, escalate concerns, and support corrective actions that improve workplace safety outcomes.
