Role overview

This senior enterprise sales leadership position is based in Canada and supports a fast-growing digital health business using AI-powered solutions to improve healthcare delivery. You will own strategic revenue growth across major enterprise accounts in the Canadian market, including public health systems, insurers, workers’ compensation boards, and large employers. The role blends executive relationship management with direct deal leadership, and it calls for someone who can shape market strategy while also driving execution in complex sales environments.

This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps.

What you will do

  • Set and drive the enterprise sales approach across Canada, with emphasis on high-value accounts in public health, insurance, and workers’ compensation.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual new-revenue goals through consistent pipeline oversight and disciplined closing activity.
  • Create persuasive, stakeholder-specific value messaging for sophisticated healthcare buyers.
  • Generate pipeline through direct outreach, executive relationship building, and coordination with internal and partner channels.
  • Manage long, multi-party sales cycles involving senior leaders and procurement stakeholders.
  • Work with product, marketing, clinical, and other internal teams to support deal progression, onboarding, and client outcomes.
  • Help refine sales methods, playbooks, operating processes, and go-to-market planning.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry gatherings, and executive events to build visibility and partnerships.

What we are looking for

  • At least 7 years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong record of surpassing quota targets.
  • Background in fast-moving, high-growth settings, preferably in SaaS, digital health, or technology.
  • Ability to independently build pipeline and close large, complex deals.
  • Strong track record of selling into institutional and executive-level stakeholder groups.
  • Clear communication and persuasive storytelling skills, with the ability to differentiate value in a crowded market.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial approach with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, plus productivity tools like Google Workspace.
  • Comfort working across functions and influencing both internal teams and external decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel about 30% as needed for territory coverage and business priorities.
