Overview
This role is for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist situated in Canada, operating within a swiftly advancing digital health and wellness technology organization. The specialist will architect and refine engagement sequences that empower users to unlock valuable resources, boost platform interaction, and ensure enduring success.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel lifecycle campaigns via email and in-app messages facilitating user discovery of relevant features.
- Craft targeted, behavior-based campaigns aligned with pivotal customer milestones including onboarding and retention phases.
- Advance expansion efforts by guiding customers towards additional solutions that fit their developing requirements.
- Integrate customer engagement data into risk evaluation to support proactive re-engagement and intervention.
- Coordinate with integration partners to enhance collaboration and campaign activation.
- Administer co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, partner content, and promotional communications.
- Assess funnel metrics covering adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pendo, Amplitude) to analyze user behavior and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging strategies and timing to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment with user needs and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years' experience in lifecycle or customer marketing within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in executing segmented, behavior-driven email and in-app campaigns.
- Strong understanding of retention and expansion indicators such as cohorts, customer lifetime value, and engagement trends.
- Hands-on use of HubSpot and familiarity with in-app messaging tools like Pendo.
- Ability to interpret customer funnel and behavioral data using analytics platforms such as Amplitude.
- Excellent project management and teamwork abilities for collaborating across multiple departments.
- Focus on measurable outcomes in customer and business metrics, over mere campaign volume.
- Skill in translating detailed product features into clear messaging tailored to customers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer journey mapping, lifecycle strategies, and product-led growth concepts.
- Bonus qualifications include experience within health tech, electronic health records, or wellness sectors.
