Schulte Hospitality Group is looking for a guest-focused Room Attendant to join its hospitality team in Bloomington, Indiana. Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public spaces according to company standards.
- Replace and arrange fresh linens, bedding, and towels in rooms.
- Follow all hotel safety and security procedures as required.
- Stay informed about the property, staff, services, operating hours, and nearby surroundings such as malls and restaurants.
- Restock room amenities such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
- Notice and report any guest belongings left behind using the hotel’s lost-and-found process.
- Take on other related duties as needed.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Skills and Abilities
Success in this role depends on the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly in both spoken and written form, work well as part of a team, and consistently deliver a high level of guest service. A solid understanding of cleanliness expectations is also important.
